There’s Only One Thing Constant: Change

Every problem or situation you are in today won’t last long. We always need to carry that hope as we travel through life’s journey. And, let’s remember suffering or hard times turns you into a stronger person. So don’t worry and face your challenges with a smile on your face; there is a light at the end of every tunnel.

Live Your Life to the Fullest Through Self-Discipline

A disciplined person’s lifestyle leaves a positive impact on the outside world. Let’s do Yoga or meditation and reduce our attraction to material things in life. Our strength lies within ourselves and we must recognize that. You must focus on your goals and avoid distractions from the outside world.

Keep Calm and Don’t React When Confronted With Extreme Situations

We have heard many times that it’s our response to a situation that makes the difference. So, be Calm and don’t react. Lord Shiva’s life preaches us to stay calm in adverse situations and carry on with your life.

Fight Against the Evil

We all recognize Lord Shiva as Destroyer of Evil. He teaches us not to tolerate injustice. We must learn to raise our voice against any injustice happening around us and help people.

Avoid Attraction Towards Materialistic World

Lord Shiva practices Yog Sadhna or Meditation. Armed with Trishul, Damru, and his simplistic life he teaches us to live a simple life with high thinking. Materialistic pleasures are short-lived and it does not guarantee happiness, always.

Develop Love & Compassion for Your Spouse

We know Lord Shiva as “Ardhanarishvara,” which means a combined form of Shiva and Parvati. Lord Shiva loved & respected Goddess Parvati He derived his energy from Goddess Parvati. Likewise, our Spouses deserve the utmost respect and care.

Research Your Subjects Well Before Diving Deep Into It

Ganga while descending on earth wanted to submerge it with water. Her arrogance made her ignorant of the fact that Lord Shiva is watching her. Ganga tied in Shiva’s hair symbolizes the end of ignorance & arrogance. Likewise, research your subjects well before starting a new venture. Don’t be in a denial.

I like this powerful quote from The Immortals Of Meluha,” a novel written by Amish Tripathi. This book became an overnight sensation and a must-read in today’s world.

Quote Says :

“One cannot undo what has happened. But, the inexorable march of time offers wise opportunities for redemption. Do not escape. Stay in this world and do your Karma.”
